Our stations can be served as buffet style if there is standing room or as a banquet down the middle of each table.

Paella 

station

Traditional Spanish rice dish made with a rich saffron broth and cooked on an open flame by one of our chefs. Our Paellas are made with traditional Spanish rice and imported saffron and pimiento, we garnish all paellas with seasonal greens & herb

South American BBQ

Our BBQ catering will delight your guests as we create mouthwatering dishes, by combining a grill, smoker and some fire.
